ZARGES was founded by Walther Zarges in Stuttgart on 1 September 1933 to apply lightweight aluminium construction to practical problems. By 1938 it had become the first European company to mass-produce light-alloy ladders, establishing the access-equipment heritage that remains central to the brand.

The business moved to Weilheim in 1939 and expanded into engineered aluminium products. Mass production of a collapsible aluminium case began in 1951, while later projects ranged from transport systems to specialised constructions for demanding industrial and technical environments.

A 1997 merger with Tubesca Group strengthened the company's international position. Today's range spans ladders, steps, platforms, access systems, aluminium cases, transport containers and customised solutions, using aluminium for its balance of strength, low weight and corrosion resistance.

Power-Hub carries Zarges across access, working-at-height and storage categories. The live ranking below shows the strongest areas of the current catalogue, while five featured products offer a practical introduction to the range.
