Understanding Order Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending Payment | Order received โ payment not yet confirmed. |
| Processing | Payment confirmed. Your order is being prepared for dispatch. |
| Dispatched | Order has left our warehouse. A tracking link has been sent to your email. |
| Completed | Order delivered and transaction complete. |
| On Hold | Payment or stock query โ our team will contact you directly. |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled. If unexpected, please contact us immediately. |
| Refunded | Refund issued to your original payment method. |
Downloading Invoices
VAT invoices are available for every completed order. From your Orders page, click on any order and select “Download Invoice (PDF)”. Invoices are generated instantly and are suitable for business expense and VAT reclaim purposes.
