6. VAT and Taxes

7. Payment

We may accept payment by debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, trade account, finance provider or any other payment method shown at checkout.

All payments must be made in British Pound Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Power-Hub does not store full payment card details on its website.

Payment providers, banks and finance providers may carry out fraud prevention, identity, authorisation and security checks before approving payment.

To apply for a wholesale, trade or credit account, you may be required to provide business details, VAT information, company registration details, trade references, proof of business activity or other information reasonably requested by us.

Trade and wholesale customers may receive benefits such as trade pricing, bulk purchasing, account support, tailored quotations, priority support or exclusive promotions.

Approval for a trade, wholesale or credit account is entirely at our discretion and may be refused, reduced, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices issued under a trade credit facility must be paid within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice or account agreement.

If a business customer fails to pay on time, we may:

12. International Delivery

Power-Hub primarily supplies customers in the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available to selected countries at our discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or charges payable in the destination country.

We may refuse or cancel international orders where delivery is unavailable, restricted, unlawful, commercially impractical or subject to export control concerns.

13. Delivery Exceptions

14. Undelivered, Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, refused, or the customer fails to collect or rearrange delivery, the customer may be responsible for redelivery charges, return charges, storage charges or other courier costs.

Where goods are returned to us by the courier due to failed delivery, we may refund the order minus any delivery, return, storage or handling costs, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Supplier-Direct and Third-Party Shipping

Some items may be dispatched directly from suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, marketplace sellers or third-party fulfilment partners.

Where an item is fulfilled by a third party, lead times, delivery options, packaging, tracking updates and cancellation availability may vary.

Expedited shipping may not be available for supplier-direct, marketplace, special-order, heavy, hazardous, oversized or made-to-order items.

16. Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Orders

Certain products may be designated as non-cancellable, non-returnable or non-refundable.

Where possible, we will notify the customer before processing such an order. Once the customer confirms the order, it may not be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where required by law or where Power-Hub agrees in writing.

This does not affect consumer statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or non-compliant goods.

17. Returns and Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us or arrange collection where applicable.

Returns can usually be arranged through your online account by visiting your Order History and following the returns process, where available.

Returned goods must be:

• Unused;
• Complete;
• Securely packed;
• In original packaging where possible;
• Returned with accessories, manuals, components and labels where applicable;
• In resaleable condition unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Unopened and unused products will usually be eligible for a full refund, subject to inspection.

Opened but unused products may still be returned within the return period, although we may apply a reasonable restocking fee where appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, installation, modification or lack of reasonable care.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, incorrect, damaged on arrival or we have agreed otherwise.

We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

18. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will usually refund the original payment method.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received back or until evidence of return is provided, where permitted by law.

If you paid for shipping, that cost will only usually be refunded where the return is due to a faulty product, damaged product, incorrect item supplied, or an error on our part.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, such as change of mind, the original delivery charge may not be refunded unless required by law.

Premium, express, timed or upgraded delivery charges may not be refunded unless legally required or agreed by us.

19. Business Customer Returns

Business customers do not automatically receive the same cancellation rights as consumers.

Business returns may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to:

Warranty coverage does not usually include:
